From My World to Yours ✨ – April Edition April has kicked off at full speed, and I’ve officially hit the ground running in the Texas real estate market. It’s been exciting to dive in and help clients not only navigate opportunities here, but also better understand the differences between the Texas and Colorado markets and where it makes the most sense to invest. Back in Colorado, the shift into spring is bringing renewed energy. Buyers are getting back out for showings, and listings that have been sitting are finally starting to see movement — a clear sign that momentum is building as we head into the busy season. Outside of real estate, I’ve been making the most of the longer days — getting my garden started, sneaking in some early rounds on the golf course, and spending quality time with family and friends. April feels like a month of action — markets picking up, routines shifting, and plenty of opportunity ahead. |
