From My World to Yours ✨ – May Edition

** May Update: Gardens Growing & Markets Moving
------------------------------------------------------------

May has arrived, and the pace hasn’t slowed down for a second. If April was about hitting the ground running, May is about seeing that hard work start to bloom—quite literally!

Outside of the office, I’ve been leaning into the best parts of the season. My garden is officially booming, and there’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing everything take root and thrive. When I’m not tending to the plants, I’ve been spending as much time as possible on the golf course. Getting those rounds in now is the perfect way to recharge before the summer heat really settles in.

** Real Estate: Doors Opening & Signs Going Up
------------------------------------------------------------

The real estate market is mirroring the season—everything is waking up. I’ve been busy opening doors for eager buyers and putting "For Sale" signs in yards as we gear up for the peak summer season.
* In Texas: The demand remains high, and I’m seeing savvy investors moving quickly to secure properties before the mid-summer rush.
* In Colorado: That springtime momentum we felt in April has solidified. The "wait and see" approach from the winter is fading, replaced by a steady flow of new inventory and motivated buyers.

** The Road Ahead
------------------------------------------------------------

Whether it’s finding the right soil for the garden or the right neighborhood for a move, this month is all about growth and opportunity. I’m continuing to help my clients navigate the nuances of both the Texas and Colorado landscapes, ensuring they have the best data to make their next big move.
