🏘️ Townhomes & Condos• New listings up +23.3% year-to-date• Median sales price: $609,000 (+8.7% YoY)• Average sales price: $629,976• Average days on market: 69 days

📈 What this means:Prices continue to trend upward while inventory remains relatively balanced, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers depending on strategy.
