Enjoy Late-Season Winter Recreation

March is one of the best months to enjoy the outdoors in the Arkansas Valley. Longer days and warmer temperatures make it perfect for getting outside.

Local Real Estate Update

As we move closer to spring, we typically start to see increased activity in the local real estate market. If you’ve been thinking about buying, selling, or just want to know what your property might be worth in today’s market, I’d be happy to help.

Spring is often one of the best opportunities of the year for both buyers and sellers.

Have questions about the local market or thinking about making a move this year?Feel free to reach out anytime — I’m always happy to help.

From My World to Yours – March Edition

March has brought a little bit of everything lately — including some beautiful snowfall that served as a reminder that winter isn’t quite ready to let go yet. There’s something about fresh snow that slows things down and makes you appreciate the moment.

With the days starting to get longer, I’ve been using the time to start a few outdoor projects — including building raised garden beds in preparation for the growing season ahead. It’s a simple project, but one that always feels rewarding once things start to grow.

On the real estate side, the spring market is beginning to build momentum. I’ve been hitting the ground running, bringing on new listings and getting things positioned for the busy months ahead.

March is all about that transition — a little winter, a little spring, and a lot of preparation for what’s coming next.
