🎃 November is here — and what a great October it was! Halloween was a blast, and it’s always fun seeing the community come alive with creativity and good energy this time of year.

Over the past few months, I’ve also been advocating for an important change in Salida — lifting the residency requirement for short-term rentals in the commercial district downtown. I’m thrilled to share that at the last City Council meeting, it officially passed! 🙌

It’s been a rewarding process standing up for my clients and local property owners — and now that the policy’s been updated, I’m excited to get back to what I love most: helping people buy, sell, and invest right here in our amazing mountain towns.
